If you are in a built-up area, it is a good idea to protect your head with your bag or coat.
If there is a solid building or an open space nearby, take refuge there for a while and see how things go.
Stay away from narrow alleys and walls, as block-built fences and concrete walls may collapse.
Never approach a leaning telegraph pole or a dangling power line.
